Janice and I both want to say thank you for all the effort you’ve put in over the past couple of months. First to get us into our new boat and then for all of the support that has happened since we’ve taken possession of her. On our way home from Gambier this past Sunday, it all became real as we sat in the cockpit of our warm comfortable boat with the wind and rain hammering away at the outside of the boat. We looked at each other and Janice said to me ‘this is a really great boat for us’. I think that’s also what you said a few months ago when we were discussing our needs and whether the Coastal Craft ProFish 33 was a good fit for us.
Your reputation is that you have a tremendous attention to detail and you’re literally available 24/7. I hope I never have to test that last assertion but I appreciate how you kept me in the loop during some very long days through what proved to be a challenging acquisition process and have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and that everything is in top notch shape. We are looking forward to working with you and your service team for many years to come.
