I came to Specialty Yachts looking for a good, sturdy sailboat that I could take up and down the coast. I was still relatively new to sailing and didn’t know a whole lot about the details of boats, especially buying one.

The deal was well laid out, smooth, and timely. He made sure I always knew what was going on and what needed to be done. His personal experience with sailing made me confident that the boat I was buying was a quality, solid, and dependable vessel. While performing the business end of the deal, he never lost touch with his humanity, and was always easily approachable, warm and friendly.
Even after the deal was complete and I was preparing to take what was now my boat up to Pender Harbour, Darren was still there making sure I was prepared and offered advice should I need it.
