“Christmas 2013 and thanks to Lawrence Fronczek of Specialty Yachts our only problem is how to fit a boat under the tree. We listed our sailboat in late September and accepted an offer in November with conditions to be waived in early December. Lawrence then arranged a co-brokerage with a listing agent in La Conner U.S.A. In less than two weeks Captain Ted Smith was delivering our American Tug 41 . Lawrence was both professional and pleasant to work with. He made a complicated process as stressless as possible while balancing the interests of a number of other deals that had to be coordinated with ours. We look forward to toasting “ Blue Moon” this summer with Lawrence….
